OVERALL MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPACE (NOTING WIDOW, DOOR, AND POWER LOCATIONS). DOWNLOAD OUR MEASURING FORM UNDER THE E-DESIGN TAB UNDER THE COLOR AND STYLE QUESTIONNAIRE TAB. SUBMIT THE FORM TO INFO@YLDESIGNZ.COM ALONG WITH PHOTOS OF THE AREA OR SPACE.
IF THERE ARE ANY PIECES OF FURNITURE YOU WANT TO INCLUDE, PLEASE SUBMIT THE PHOTO ALONG WITH OVERALL DIMENSIONS L x W x H.
SUBMIT A STYLE QUESTIONNAIRE AND IF PAINT OR WALLCOVERING RECOMMENDATIONS ARE DESIRED PLEASE PURCHASE OUR COLOR CONSULTATION AND SUBMIT A COLOR QUESTIONNAIRE AS WELL.
ONCE WE RECIEVE YOUR PAYMENT AND QUESTIONNAIRES WE WILL SCHEDULE YOUR 15 MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL TO DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT.
THIS DESIGN PACKAGE WILL BE SUBMITTED TO YOU ELECTRONICALLY TO YOUR EMAIL. PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 7-14 DAYS BUT YOU MAY GET YOUR DESIGN SOONER.
YOU ARE ALLOWED UP TO ONE REVISION OF ONE ITEM SELECTED IF NEEDED. ADDITIONAL REVISIONS WILL BE INVOICED AT OUR HOURLY RATE.
This E-design service is Non Refundable.
This package does Not include combination rooms. For combination rooms like a living/office area please purchase the standard E-design service. The E-Design home office service is for a one room office.
This service does Not include purchasing. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase specified items. Although we try our best to recommend quality furnishings, YL Designz cannot be responsible for the quality, workmanship and shipping procedures of the manufacturers. It is the customers responsibility to check all measurements prior to ordering items specified to ensure they fit in doorways, halls, entry and space etc.
We recommend that you budget at minimum $2500.00 and up for the design of your office. YL Designz cannot guarantee the design will fall below this amount.
If additional drawings are requested such as wall elevations we will invoice the service at our hourly rate of $150.00.
